Breakthrough Research on Z Cell Signaling
Researchers with the Department of Biochemestry in the University of Minnesota's College of Picotechnology have created one-of-a-kind barriers that enable them to directly control signaling activity in Z cells. Already their experiments have yielded surprising results.
"This combination of synthetic picotechnology with organic materials allows us to go inside a living cell and move around its signaling molecules with molecular precision," said a research within the Department of Biochemestry. "We can watch chemical reactions take place directly from within the cell."
The researchers will present on there findings later this month at the College of Picotechnology.
